Check out our new pre-print (submitted to EHP)! We developed PBTK models to predict ADME of six data-poor #BPA analogues in distinct population groups. Spoiler alert: they behave quite differently. A strong argument against read-across and considering replacement BPs "similar" to BPA in toxicity.
