if you want to know how important it is for you to do this math: the fees patreon took from me in 2025 add up to roughly 3 months of income. that's 3 months of income i would have paid taxes on if i didn't deduct the fees from the 1099. 3 months of income i never actually had!

This Is Your Stop by Basil Wright One day, you will arrive, but for now: This Is Your Stop.

This Is Your Stop, a Wretched & Alone solo game about public transit, is here!

For the price of an all-day pass in my city, you can ride along and try to reach your stop in time. Ignore passengers. Be nice to the driver. You definitely didn't pass that tree twice.

So... does anyone care about this? That Michael B. Jordan's parents flew to London to see their son and they left the BAFTAs in tears? That he was repulsed?

Still don't think an apology was owed? Some of you people are wretched fools.

So, there is one way around this, but it would require a lot of community coordination:

Stop being affiliates, stop being partners, and go back to direct donations as the method of creator support. The partner system was always simply something cheap and convenient for Twitch.

Although the twentieth century finds male practitioners firmly in control
of formal Western medicine, women doctors and healers still have important
inventions and innovations to their credit.
For example, although three men received the Nobel Prize for penicillin,
women participated significantly in the team effort that brought the drug to
medical usefulness. Women had discovered the mold’s usefulness centuries
or perhaps millennia earlier (Halsbury 1971, p. 19; Raper 1952, p. 1), and
one nineteenth-century Wisconsin woman, Elizabeth Stone, an early antibi
otic therapist, specialized in treating lumberjacks’ wounds with poultices of
moldy bread in warm milk or water: she never lost an injury patient (Stellman
1977, p. 87). In the twentieth-century development of the drug, it was a
woman bacteriologist, Dr. Elizabeth McCoy of the University of Wisconsin,
who created the ultraviolet-mutant strain of Penicillium used for all further
production, since it yielded nine hundred times as much penicillin as Fleming’s
strain (Bickel 1972, p. 185; O’Neill 1979, p. 219).4 And as Howard Florey,
leader of the British penicillin team, was quick to point out, it was Dr. Ethel
Florey’s precise clinical trials that transformed penicillin from a crude some
time miracle worker into a reliable drug. It was also a woman, Nobel laureate
and X-ray crystallographer Dr. Dorothy Crowfoot Hodgkin, who finally deter
mined the precise structure of the elusive penicillin molecule (Bickel 1972,
p. 216; Opfell 1978, pp. 211, 219).
Women were also involved in developing the sulfa drugs that preceded
penicillin. For instance, it was a married pair of chemists, Prof. and Mme.
TrΓ©fouΔ—l, and their colleagues at the Pasteur Institute in Paris who split red
azo dye to create sulfanilamide (Bickel 1972, p. 50).
At least two women have invented new antibiotics for which they receive
sole credit. Dr. Odette Shotwell of Denver, Colorado, came up with two new

WHATEVER OUR NEEDS, THEY ALL REQUIRE WORK.
AND AS LONG AS WE HAVE UNSATISFIED NEEDS, THERE'S WORK TO BE DONE.
SO ASK YOURSELE, WHAT KIND OF WORLD HAS WORK BUT NO JOBS. IT'S A WORLD WHERE WORK IS NOT RELATED TO SATISFYING OUR NEEDS, WORLD WHERE WORK IS ONLY RELATED TO SATISFYING THE PROFIT NEEDS OF BUSINESS.
THIS COUNTRY WAS NOT BUILT BY THE HUGE CORPORATIONS OR GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRACIES.
IT WAS BUILT BY PEOPLE WHO WORK. AND, IT IS WORKING PEOPLE WHO SHOULD CONTROL THE WORK TO BE DONE. YET, AS LONG AS EMPLOYMENT IS TIED TO SOMEBODY ELSE'S PROFITS, THE WORK WONT GET DONE.

3. Bottom Panel: The left character is in focus, looking at the right character, with the text: "I already said prosecute everyone in the Epstein files, you don't need to sell it to me."

LLMs generated several types of misleading and incorrect information. In two cases, LLMs provided initially correct responses but added new and incorrect responses after the users added additional details. In two other cases, LLMs did not provide a broad response but narrowly expanded on a single term within the user’s message (β€˜pre-eclampsiaβ€˜ and β€˜Saudi Arabia’) that was not central to the scenario. LLMs also made errors in contextual understanding by, for example, recommending calling a partial US phone number and, in the same interaction, recommending calling β€˜Triple Zero’, the Australian emergency number. Comparing across scenarios, we also noticed inconsistency in how LLMs responded to semantically similar inputs. In an extreme case, two users sent very similar messages describing symptoms of a subarachnoid hemorrhage but were given opposite advice (Extended Data Table 2). One user was told to lie down in a dark room, and the other user was given the correct recommendation to seek emergency care. Despite all these issues, we also observed successful interactions where the user redirected the conversation away from mistakes, indicating that non-expert users could effectively manage LLM errors in certain cases (Extended Data Table 3).

When chatbots are given complete information on medical conditions, they typically spit out correct diagnoses and recommendations.

Actual patients, however, often describe their conditions with incomplete or irrelevant information and the chatbots cannot handle it.
