The idiot from Rocko was my biggest influence when thinking about making my own beaver character. I just can't give up being a badge, it's too good a fit.

They recently released a new album. What a treat, to reconnect with a band I enjoyed nearly 20 years ago. So many musicians I love move on with their lives and I never get to see them play or hear how they're doing now that I'm an adult. It feels good to support artists that inspired a younger me.
When I was in college, at the height of my hipster music phase, I was really into the band Voxtrot. They had an echoey, sad yet hopeful sound. I never knew anyone else who listened to them, which was always really isolating.

Happiest pokemon memory: The day Black and White launched I was working 3rd shift at Milwaukee's runaway shelter. I got my copy in the middle of the night and had a bunch of friends meet up so we could start the game together. Within 2 hours our teams were super diverse and we were all smiling.
