In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Yesterday, I went to Ghent’s contemporary art museum, S.M.A.K., and by chance saw this “AIDS” screen print (1987) by the General Idea collective, replacing the word “LOVE” in Robert Indiana’s original from 1966 to draw attention to the disease and break the stigma around it.
