they do tend to pop if you are wearing.. "bulky underwear" but if it isn't pulling on them too much, it holds decently well !

it doesn't work with everyone or every onesie but when I have this issue,I cross the buttons on the left and right. it makes for a smaller gap but stronger than just using only 2 buttons.
