theres a few very specific things from maya i havent figured out a solid way to replicate yet, but at the very least: not getting weird cube-related nightmares from maya anymore. because im not using it.
jumping from autodesk maya to blender was a little scary at first (also my muscle memory from maya kicks in still, lol) but oh my god it is So much easier to do things in blender

method im currently using is reaaaaaaaaally janky and doesnt super work right which is very annoying. might just attempt my own rig for this part of the model. ack!!!
