I miss the cartoon feed!

Some never signed up. Without them the ACA wouldn't work and that was known from the beginning. Now we are looking at a bankrupt system. Insurance co. are going to make a profit. We are forced to bail them out with tax dollars and therein lies the rub. How can the money keep going in one direction
