I think I'm okay. Maybe. They're track record is hit and miss.

On Writing: Sometimes as a writer or author, you have to find yourself something to write that will ignite your writing again. Even if that thing isn't the main thing you are working on. If it's your passion, write it. - Wrtr #amwriting #amediting Be Writing. #writing #author
After a month away, finally going back to edit the first draft of my novella. Feels fresh and I can see some of the issues that were staring me in the face. Taking a step away is so, so useful.
I really like the no arrows, feels a bit more focused. The arrows are almost distracting I think.
I don't know, it's not as big as bird place, so it's a bit harder. But the few people I've spoken to on here are very approachable. I'm just replying to whoever seems interesting at the moment.
Usually after the second draft is done, so any glaring plotholes or problematic storylines are mostly fixed. Anything that gets picked up after that is serious business.
Editing chapters to post online is so good at making issues obvious. Didn't realise I had a pacing issue until I panic-edited three chapters in a day.

I love reading and writing fantasy, but I've also taken a bit of a turn into YA and romance in recent times. Haven't tried my hand at writing either yet, but I have a few ideas for if I ever do.
Best of luck!!
Love this idea!
When I was a kid, I started reading Harry Potter fanfiction and eventually wrote my own. I was around 12, I think. After reading the Wheel of Time, I decided I wanted to write my own fantasy novel.
New episode of #WheelofTime wasn't perfect, but still reallll good. A huge upgrade from last season. And as a set up episode, did its job perfect cause I'm so fuckin hyped for next week.
Yep, is very cool. My friends planned a Tsukimi party only for the sky to be cloudy. Still, great fun!
The only thing a first draft has to do is exist - was it Terry Pratchett who said that or something close?
Cannot recommend it highly enough!
Yessss. Reading through Yumi and the Nightmare Painter again, just to take notes. So much to learn.
Here now since Twitter's awful, looking forward to getting to know the writing community on here. β€οΈ
