Ah I need to get used to this app. I keep forgetting I have this account and I am doing a bad job of trying to engage on here. It doesn't help that like all my followers are still over in twitter world.
We had a paper accepted this week and another one with minor revisions. These are the moments I live for 😁

Also, I gave a research talk to faculty in my own dept today and I'll be honest, that was a little scary😅 I haven't had to explain my science to them since probably when I interviewed 8 yrs ago. 😬 #ProfLife #StillAnImposter
Congrats to Sarbesh for passing his candidacy exam today! He has grown so much in the last year and I am so proud! It's also so rewarding to see genuine passion and love for what they do. I think what we do is cool and impactful, and so do they❤️
NIH submission day science prayer: May the reviewers see my vision, get equally as excited, and score my proposal well enough for some funds 😂 Oh and please let it get assigned to a decent study section 😂
