It's weird to think the DOJ could criminally prosecute a company for having their employees watch a video that encourages them to not be a total dick in the workplace.
And that mostly came from sex pests/rapists in the workplace who ran afoul of HR after criminal acts or employee reporting and they got mad about it and started going after DEI because it held them accountable.
And it’s probably bad news if corporations who created those programs to shield themselves from discrimination and sexual harassment lawsuits think they don’t need to worry about that anymore.
And a 4th: gives HR an excuse for not telling mediocre white men that they’re not good enough.
They should have added a 3rd: helps businesses better understand and work with a diverse population.
