I got to SHD level 80 in Division 2 last night. Rookie numbers I know, but for me it's a lot.

I also played a huge chunk of KCD2 last night and finished the wedding section and am now in the next area.

Plans for today are just chilling with Henry and maybe some Nioh NG+ later.

This weekend I want to finish RE Village and at least start the wedding in KCD2, but first I gotta stop playing Division 2. 😜

I do really wanna take advantage of the 5x XP though. Not going to mindlessly grind but doing the Brooklyn DLC and random open world events.

I just realised there is a 5x (SHD) XP event ongoing in Division 2 until Monday.

I mainly played the game on Xbox so my character on PC is only level 19 but I’m going to boost one to 40 so I can take advantage of the XP event. (Not going to go back to Xbox)

Realism mode will have to wait a bit.

I really like Division as an RPG but I'm also enjoying this realism mode. Hoping this is a test for D3 and it still has the familiar RPG elements but also a (seperate) realistic mode like this. There is room for both IMO.

I thought I wasn't getting gear but I just had to open my inventory. 🤦‍♂️

I decided to venture into the dark zone in Division 2 last night but it didn't end up in my favour. :p

I was about to extract and thought this person was doing the same but at the last second I realised they were hijacking my extraction and 5 seconds later I was dead. Fun times. 😂

I spent most of my free time today in KCD2 just doing side quests and crafting.

Tonight though I'm going to be playing Division 2. Realism mode is now active and I've been curious about it so I'm checking it out. So far it's neat. Seeing enemies drop from one headshot is new. :p

It's so good! I can see I'm going to put some serious hours into this one.

I'm loving it!

Exploration is amazing and combat is a bit easier than the first game, which I appreciate. I still struggle with multiple opponents but it's getting there.

The quests have also been great so far. Got drunk and into fist fights quite a few times now. 😂

I've done quite a bit of exploring/looting, crafting and trading in KCD2 and managed to get some better protection and weapons.

I still can't wield anything better than military swords so that will have to do for now, but my build/playstyle is starting to come together. I got the master strike. 😁

Back in the 90s when we just walked into our neighbours houses I used to wait for my best friend to wake up on weekends and found this game on his Family computer.

The Artstyle will never actually be beat.

I did run into an "issue" with the game pass version not supporting mods (I need to be able to save when I want and often :p), but I found a workaround pointing Wand (wemod) to the game pass launcher exe.

At least it works and I can now save without having Saviour Schnapps.

I started KCD II earlier today and I just made it to the blacksmith in Tachov. Henry is going to be spending quite a bit of time here I think, I absolutely love this crafting system.

Also started Nioh 3 NG+. The hunt for green gear sets is on.

Game #5 for 2026 is Nioh 3.

This is a solid 10/10 GOTY shoo-in in my book. They took everything from Nioh 2 and mixed it with a bit of Rise of the Ronin and what came out is my new favourite Nioh and overall Team Ninja title.

I might have the platinum in about five years’ time. :p

Time for NG+

Yeah it’s one of my pet peeves too. Especially since I generally suck at stealth. I tend to always mess the timing up.

I've decided to drop KCD1. I was nearing the end game, but it started to annoy me with a stealth section I kept failing.

There's no saving here (even with the mod), so I have to restart the entire section everytime I make the slightest error or something. I'm over it. Will start no 2 tomorrow.

Yesterday I finally made it out of the monastery in KCD and now I’m sneaking (save scumming) my way out of the bandit camp after being captured and learning about Henry’s past.

Not sure I can finish the game today but we’ll see how it goes. Trying to focus on it and get it done.

I think I'm at the final main mission in the final area of Nioh 3 now, but I get the feeling it's not the end yet. Will find out today.

I also wanna play some DQ7 today; I haven't played since we got power restored. I think I'm around 40 hours in now.

I just never tried or really looked at Tarkov and Arc so I wasn’t aware it so similar. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I’m like one minute late for breakfast in this monastery in KCD and they throw me in solitary confinement for two days.

I'm trying to beat KCD1 before 2 drops on GP next week but this monastery questline is going to be the end of me. :p

I've been sent to solitary confiment so much.

I'm sure there is an easier way to finish the quest, but "my" Henry would never kill someone in a monastery so I guess this is it.

It's been a while actually. I did recently replay through the campaign, but only went into the DZ once during the tutorial stage.
