To the right of the Artist tab is the Music tab. This is where you can find all of the albums & tracks from the artist that posted the video. From here fans can redeem an album or an individual track using in-app currency (not available in beta). Artists keep 100% when a fan redeems their music.
Next is the Artist tab. When you switch from the Stage tab to another tab, the full screen video minimizes to a mini player and additional content related to the video is shown. Want to know more about the Artist that posted the video? Tap the Artist tab to see their bio, videos, or follow them.
Stage is all about the artist. This can be where they choose to perform, talk, or whatever else they choose to do. Once an artist is verified for posting, the Stage is theirs to own.

On the Stage, you will also find social interactions: Flag, Share, Like, Comment, and Save. You will also find the Song Accessory Bar. This bar is located above the tab bar and updates its content for each video. It displays the song title, if the song is redeemable, and/or a promote button.
Let’s break down the Lyrc app interface. At its core, Lyrc is a video feed you swipe through. Each video has associated content with it and access to that content is controlled by the tab bar that overlays the video. It starts with the Stage tab, Stage is your full screen view of the video feed.
Once you're in the Lyrc app, you need to verify your Artist status to unlock posting privileges!
• Tap the Home button
• Tap the 'Get Verified To Post' badge.
• Complete the short form. Once approved, you're ready to share your music and content.
The Lyrc Beta invitations are officially rolled out! If you signed up to be one of the first Artists on our platform, keep a close eye on your email right now.
Sign up people that already go to shows. Give them branded Lyrc QR cards. When an artist/band signs up with that card, the scout earns a commission of some sort.
I’m playing around with this idea for @lyrc.bsky.social and want some feedback. I want to bring local artists to the platform that are already vetted by real people. One way I was thinking of doing this is by offering a scouting program.

A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed @lyrc.bsky.social and I to the platform! In less than 24 hrs, ~100 people signed up for beta access to Lyrc. 23 are artists, and the rest are fans. I honestly thought I would get 5...Keep them coming! Invites start going out 11/28.
