But despite some theological disagreements, it is helpful to read others talk about the spiritual life.
I picked this up because it was part of the Renovare book club and I wouldn't have picked it up otherwise. But I did enjoy and recommend it.
I spent about five months slowly reading a collection of letters of spiritual direction. Let God: Spiritual Conversations with François Fénelon by Winn Collier
I don't love letter collection because I get bored and I tend to rarely finish them.

...the kids edition Paperwhite, Basic and Colorsoft are all cheaper than the regular versions which don't have any of those things.
The Kindle Colorsoft is $220, $30 less than the regular colorsoft. And if you have an old kindle to trade in, you can get an additional 20% off
I know there are good reasons to not buy from Amazon, but if you are interested in a Kindle, I tend to recommend buying the Kids editions because they come with a 2 year accidental damage warranty, no ads and a case (although they are very kid oriented cases.)

Because the biggest factor in US voting security is its inefficiency by being run by widely diverse state and local govts. There just is no way to hack all of those independent systems, unless the voting system gets nationalized.
Again, this is to solve a problem (illegal voting) that is minuscule, and that has never been shown to impact a race. The best argument is that this will lead to increased confidence in voter integrity, but that won't change the rhetoric of false insecurity.
And then if you have a birth certificate that meets the requirements, you still need documentation to prove name changes and the acceptable documentation isn’t specifically detailed.
And no matter how popular the idea of voter ID is, the specific proposal matters.
People say, I have my original birth certificate, but many birth certificates which are 20+ years old don’t meet requirements, so you need to get a new one, unless you have a passport, which half the country doesn’t have….
This SAVE act conversation is driving me nuts.
People out hear talking about “everyone has an ID” while ignoring that the actual requirements being proposed mean that 90% of state’s ID don’t meet the requirements of the law.
So then you have to show a passport or birth certificate…
