Accents aren’t funny. (I say as someone with an accent a lot of people use as their “I’m a dummy” voice) Lots of people in Chicago speak with a noticeable accent but definitely not the majority which makes sense since a lot of people who live there moved from elsewhere (because it is a great city)

It was clearly unscripted- he is clearly to blame. But the fact he wasn’t immediately let go is complicity from his employer
He is to blame, and so are all of the people in the system who aid and abet calls to action like the one he made.
There have been multiple protests every month nationwide since January. The media is not covering it but you can find them if you look into 50501 and other orgs. My Bluesky stream is covered with them regularly
