I'm so sorry for your loss π
What a day, five of us visited the #Scottish #Motorcycle #Show in #Edinburgh, then proceeded for a wonderful #ride, and lunch, with glorious sunshine. Perfect!!
Sounds great π
After weeks of endless rain, and busy work days, I took a trip to #Steelworx #Motorcycles, based in #Motherwell, #UK.
How are you enjoying the new Stelvio?
Currently in #Rome, and as always lots of traffic police on motorbikes but to my surprise all of them on #BMW #RT instead of #Moto #Guzzis
It has been a long winter, and for some of us there has been the opportunity to improve our rides...this is my friend's garage where sometimes we hang for coffee. Thank you CGπ
The weather hasnβt exactly been ideal for ridingβ¦ but that didnβt stop my friend from meeting us for coffee in the middle of sleet and rain, with his trusted #Guzzi π
First ride of the year! Braved the elements for the Scottish CafΓ© Racers meet, fantastic to catch up with everyone. Took the opportunity to start planning some exciting future trips, including a return to Italy, where weβre aiming to conquer the legendary Stelvio Pass. Canβt wait for summer! π
Fabulous photo π
Amongst this dark and wet winter weather, I seized the opportunity of a mild and dry afternoon, to take the wee Bonnie out for a short local trip. #South #Queensferry and #Linlithgow respectively located #North and #West of #Edinburgh. Just what was needed to put a big smile on my face. #Triumph
Hey Chris, what type of tyres have you got?
A wee winter ride to keep up my riding skills...chilly but worth it! #motorcycle, #Triumph, #BMW
It certainly was. Hopefully the weather will improve soon down your way.π
Out and about on a dry crispy cold day, before the salters are out! Winter days like these are an unexpected gift to motorcyclists in Scotland...and we certainly made the most of it!
Hope you're both ok... bikes are always replaceable.
You seem pretty well organised with both...I would go for the comfiest.
MG Le Mans...she's a beauty. It's always a real pleasure to see motorcycles like this being ridden and not just polished in locked up garages.
Hope you get well soon π
It certainly did!! What an album...
Met up with friends in Alloa today, then went for a ride around Dunblane, Stirling, and Doune. We stopped at the David Stirling Memorial, which commemorates the founder of the SAS. Although we got soaked at one point, it was still a great short ride to keep the wee Bonnie running through the winter.
It Is every year at Mandello del Lario, by Como...and the best of all Is that the factory displays all the models and you can take them for a test ride around the lake on the day. Disneyland for motorcyclist π
MG are opening a brand new factory (adjacent to the current one) this year and probably feel this is the right time to stop it I guess. They will be celebrating the new opening on their anniversary in September...
Moto Guzzi has stopped producing the V9.
I'm sorry for your loss...
Over in #TromsΓΈ, #Norway for the weekend; itβs around 0Β°C, and every car is rolling on studded #tyres to handle the ice and snow. Then this guy pulls up to the traffic lights on a #moped! π§ Itβs the only #bike Iβve seen all weekendβ¦ and for good reason! π
