GPractices are private disease-centres prioritising acute approaches to physical illness over the mental and social drivers of ill-health in an era of complex, chronic conditions. That physicians don't understand that the lack of physical disease doesn't equal health is the essential problem.

Thank you for making that report. It is greatly needed and its facts reflect the failure to learn many of the lessons we learned during the height of the pandemic in the UK. Community-based services integrated with statutory services save money and create real health-outcomes, not just survival.
