The company was previously granted permission for 548 student bed spaces and 103 apartments on the site but decided instead to use the site for built-to-rent apartments

There have been a number of break-ins in the Cabinteely area in the last week. With at least one car stolen and homes broken into. A group of men in their late teens /early 20s have been seen checking cars and houses. Please be vigilant.
