The justifications should be baked into the thesis, starting with the lit review. The novelty of the work should be argued by the time you get to the methods. Treat the conclusions as a brief wrap up with directions for future work. I really get the exhaustion. I felt the same way.

Marc-Antoine was a fiercely loyal ginger tabby who loved everybody. He was a rescue whose favorite companion was Caesar, a beautiful gentle Bernese Mountain dog.
