Sammi Deen Baloch, leader of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), is present at the ongoing sit-in in Awaran, led by the family of forcibly disappeared Dil Jan Baloch.

ریاست نے راجی مُچی کے مذاکرات کے تمام نکات کو پامال کر کے واضح کر دیا کہ وہ بلوچستان میں صرف طاقت اور تشدد پر انحصار کرتی ہے۔ بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی جولائی میں بلوچ یکجہتی کمیٹی کی جانب سے گوادر میں بلوچ نسل کشی کے خلاف راجی مُچی کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ اس پرامن اجتماع کو کچلنے کے لیے ریاست نے طاقت کا بے دریغ استعمال کیا، لیکن جب اس میں ناکامی ہوئی تو آل پارٹیز نے ثالثی کے ذریعے مذاکرات کی کوشش کی۔ نوشکی میں مظاہرین پر ریاستی جبر کے بعد یہ مذاکرات ناکام ہو گئے۔ بعد ازاں، صوبائی وزراء کی سربراہی میں ایک مذاکراتی کمیٹی تشکیل دی گئی، جس نے دھرنا ختم کرنے کے بدلے درج ذیل مطالبات پر عمل کرنے کا وعدہ کیا: 1. تمام گرفتار مظاہرین کو رہا کرنا۔ 2. تمام ایف آئی آر کا خاتمہ۔ 3. ایف سی کے خلاف فائرنگ اور قتل کا مقدمہ درج نا ہونے کے سبب بی وائی سی سیاسی تحریق و قانونی چارہ جوئی کا حق رکھنا۔ 4. ریاستی تشدد کی وجہ سے ہونے عوامی مالی نقصانات کا ازالہ کرنا۔ 5. مستقبل میں کسی بھی پر امن اجتماع پر ریاستی اداروں کی جانب سے کسی قسم کے طاقت کا استعمال نا کرنا۔ 6. مستقبل میں راجی مچی کے حوالے سے کسی بھی شہری کو ہراساں نا کرنا ۔ 7. تمام شاہرائیں کھول کر نیٹورک بحال کرنا۔ مذاکراتی نکات میں سے صرف مظاہرین کی رہائی پر عمل درآمد کیا گیا، لیکن دیگر تمام مطالبات کو تین ماہ گزرنے کے باوجود نظر انداز کر دیا گیا۔ نہ شہداء کے قاتلوں کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج ہوئی، نہ عام شہریوں کے نقصانات کا ازالہ ہوا، اور نہ ہی ضبط شدہ سامان کی واپسی ہوئی۔ جبکہ اس کے برعکس پرامن مظاہرین، انسانی حقوق کے کارکنان، اساتذہ، طلباء، اور جبری گمشدگی کے شکار افراد کے لواحقین کو مسلسل ہراساں کیا جارہا ہے۔ جعلی ایف آئی آرز کے ذریعے ان پر دباؤ ڈالا جا رہا ہے، سینکڑوں افراد کو فورتھ شیڈول میں شامل کر کے ان کی زندگیوں کو مزید مشکلات میں ڈال دیا گیا ہے، اور ان کی نگرانی اور پروفائلنگ کی جا رہی ہے۔ حالیہ مہینوں میں ریاستی تشدد اور جبری گمشدگیوں میں بھی اضافہ ہوا ہے۔ صرف پچھلے مہینے سو سے زائد بلوچوں کو جبری طور پر لاپتہ کیا گیا، جن میں اکثریت طلباء کی تھی۔ مزید برآں، نام نہاد اپیکس کمیٹی کے اجلاس میں بلوچستان میں ایک اور فوجی آپریشن کا اعلان کیا گیا، لیکن حقیقت یہ ہے کہ پچھلے ستر سالوں میں بلوچستان میں فوجی کارر…

Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) Kech Zone held a commemorative seminar on the first martyrdom anniversary of Balach Mola Bakhsh, on Sunday, 24th November. The Panelists included Baloch Lawyers and BYC Leaders. Addressing the nation, BYC Central Organizer, Dr. Mahrang Baloch condemned the so-called progressive journalists and intellectuals who advocate for harsher military operations, labeling them as enemies whose goal is to destroy the Baloch. She emphasized the sacrifices of Baloch martyrs urging the younger generation to embrace resilience and prepare for the harshest sacrifices to protect their identity and existence. She exposed the state’s fear of Baloch unity, its systemic oppression, and the ongoing violence, including enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, displacing entire villages by burning and forced evictions, and mutilated dead bodies. Addressing the educated youth, she condemned the pursuit of comfort while their homeland is colonized and their nation suffers. Dr. Baloch also highlighted collaborators for their role in Baloch genocide and affirmed that national resistance is the only path for the oppressed, reminding all of the collective pain of families and the unity shown by the family of Balach Mola Bakhsh and people of Kech after Shaheed Balach’s martyrdom last year. Despite decades of war since 1948, she declared that the Baloch will not surrender and that their survival defines their resistance. Baloch nation must be prepared for sacrifices to bring an end to the genocide. #StopBalochGenocide
