Today, the first European Prosecutors for 🇵🇱 (Ms Grażyna Stronikowska) and 🇸🇪 (Mr Martin Bresman) gave the solemn before the Court of Justice of the EU. In early 2025, they were appointed by the Council following the decisions of the countries to join EPPO.

The EPPO filed an appeal to the Court of Justice of the EU against the refusal of the European Court of Auditors to cooperate in an ongoing criminal investigation. The summary of the appeal has been published today in the Official Journal.
