There is LOADS of medical drama in Star Trek! I mean, I learned that "Funduscopic examination" can be unrevealing in certain cases!

Catching up on VOD... would you not say that the General spilling coffee on his plant leg was a form of foreshadowing for what was going to happen towards the end when the surgical instrument gets dropped?
To me it's the kind of 4D they were playing to set it up like that!
Still watching the VOD & something U did't mention was, once shrunk & submerged, the camera movement to simulate they were now floating!
It's super subtle & they even match shots so the up & down feeling are in sync!
Always had a lot of affection for this but never appreciated its brilliance!
