Figurines of Brady Bunch and Partridge Family fighting each other

I have created a diorama of the Partridge family attacking the Brady Bunch family. My life is very boring.

Congress Is Considering Abolishing Your Right to Be Anonymous Online The bipartisan push to remove anonymity from the internet is ushering in an era of unprecedented mass surveillance and censorship.

Stripping anonymity from the internet would constitute one of the most sweeping rollbacks of civil rights in recent history. It would allow for unprecedented levels of mass surveillance and censorship, endangering the most marginalized members of society.

"The light on the hill never promised comfort. It promised obligation. It demanded clarity precisely when clarity carried risk. It assumed conflict and required courage. It asked governments to disturb settled arrangements when those arrangements entrenched injustice." #auspol

The Foreign Minister @senatorwong.bsky.social lied in the senate yesterday when she claimed the Iranian vessel torpedoed by the US was "preparing to strike."

The ship that was sunk in the Indian Ocean was unarmed and full of training officers. The attack was a war crime.

Resign, Penny. #auspol

One thing I know for sure is that poll driven political leadership isn’t getting us out of here alive. We need leaders with intelligence and integrity who can persuade the electorate to counter media disinformation.

A tiny sack of shrivelled Aussie sultanas. I wonder if Albo will be the first to endorse Trump’s use of a nuclear weapon against Iran when this war gets even further off script and the orange dementor gets it into his rotting pumpkin husk that...

Laconia incident - Wikipedia

Following the Laconia incident, DΓΆnitz ordered that submarines were no longer to help survivors. This order was part of the case against him at Nuremberg.
However US Admiral Nimitz testified that the US Navy had had the same policy (no help for survivors) since Pearl Harbor.

When Australia elected the Albanese Labor Govt, we were hoping for principled, progressive politics. Even as they increased their majority in the 2025 election, Albo's Govt moved even further to the Right, embracing angry, authoritarian rhetoric in their support for #Israel and the #USA. πŸ˜” #auspol

The reason we have β€œstupid rules of engagement” is to make sure we don’t bomb elementary schools.

When the powerful speak of a β€˜rules-based international order’, they mean rules for others, and impunity for themselves.

All human life has equal value, which is why we need an ethical foreign policy based on cooperation, justice and peace.

They absolutely do. I have never heard a Labor MP stand up for public education & the overwhelming majority send their kids private- often to elite schools

Public ed is good for social cohesion. Public funding for religious private schools divides us.
It's extremely depressing how our system & pol leaders encourage a belief that sending your kids to private, esp "Christian" schools gives them a better future. We need pride & investment in public ed

The problem is not just NSW or Chris Minns.

It's the entire Labor Party.

We witnessed police brutality at a level usually only seen in the worst dictatorships.

Why didn't Labor politicians across Australia condemn the police bashing of protesters? Because the Labor Party itself agreed with it.

This private school tripled in size in five years β€” a trend playing out nationwide The latest schools data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics shows a tinderbox of problems that experts warn could explode with growing pressure on household budgets.

Take all the money we put into private schools and put it into public schools.

Problem solved.
