Just sat there fully convinced the joke of the series was "they think a restaurant will sign a record deal with them because they are stupid" until someone told me otherwise.

I watched the first season of "Nirvanna The Band The Show" the other week with some friends. Now I will admit - I was drunk, and also half paying attention. But it took me so long to realize the joke *wasn't*, in fact, that they thought the Rivoli was a record label.
