“Come un poquillo questás mu delgao.”
Eso solo lo podía haber dicho una abuela andaluza. ❤️ 😍

Pedro Sánchez recibiendo a Gisèle Pelicot en La Moncloa.😍😢
Watching black Americans call for the segregation of disabled people over on Twitter is not something I expected for 2026. Fascinating also seeing the difference between black British and black Americans, who've been on different sides (the Brits obviously far more educated about disability)
I feel like that time when the head of Google Search said "we've stopped testing. Users do our testing now" was the day the tech industry as a force for good died. All became so cynical after that. So many half-working apps launched 🤷
There's so much potential in all those digital tools we have, and if you have a good boss it's not bad. My other half is very senior in tech and doing well. I was just not made to work for a boss 🤣 Just do what I want now and it is so chill!
A year without work nearly broke me. So grateful it's over.
Tomorrow morning, instead of answering emails and dealing with brain-dead managers and broken data, I'll make a brew, smoke a fag, stick this on, and paint a bathroom: on.soundcloud.com/vPcwAFrTOZn6...
Everyone I know in tech over 30 is desperate to get out. It was cool 20 years ago. Now, not so much.
My wife has seen some old colleagues this week and mentioned that I quit tech and now spend my days mucking around doing up old flats by the sea on the Costa Brava. Every single one said "that sounds amazing". It really is. Wish I'd done it decades ago. Life without a boss is just about perfect!
This can't be real, surely? 🤣🤣
Good grief. Everyone knows they were just friends.
The media want it 😬😬
If this was a poll of British journalists, that 8% would be 90%. They are desperate for Farage, or maybe even Lowe, to be PM
Apparently the canadian defence is that the swedes should never have filmed in such a way to allow people to see the cheating.
IVE's song Attitude is inspired by Tom's Diner as well. A lot of K-pop songs drawing on old 90s tracks
In a surprising turn of events, my wife was mildly impressed that I know the lyrics to "spice up your life" 😯😯 Blackpink's song Jump is inspired by it, so my daughter was mildly impressed too, if you want K-pop FACTS for your little ones 🤣
I hear Putin and Hamas cheering in the distance 😬😬
For every €1000 a Brit earns, a Frenchman earns €1200, and a German earns €1300. Last year Spain had 2.7% growth and you had...er...0.3. anyway...hope Putin rewards you for tradjkng Britain. You're certainly putting the hours in! 🤪🤪🤪
Ha ha! Slept through 14 years of RIGHT WING government did ya? 🤪🤪🤪🤡🤡🤡
Oh you're one of the David Ike crowd! Now it makes sense. Well, you're not 'poor in line with Europe', you're pretty much the poorest part by a long way. Broken roads, broken healthcare, useless public services, junkies on the streets. Everyone miserable. You've trashed the place, how shameful!
These guys made up the bulk of pro-Palestine supporters
You're clearly a fascist, arguing to uphold a fascist state, so no-one is buying this crap.
No, you're right, I take it all back. Britain is clearly so much happier and richer since Brexit. A succession of great Prime Ministers, immigration down, unemployment down. When we come back to visit everyone says how happy they are (despite the crumbling buildings and broken public services)!!
Ha ha! You're really committed to remaining firmly in 2016 eh? 🤣🤣
Brexit was an elite project, promoted by wealthy far right media owners who wanted to avoid EU regulations, in order to hoard more money for themselves. Astonishing that the Brits went along with it, as the resulting poverty was inevitable.
Of course, the Tories managed 2 major ideological swerve in office with new leaders and we didn't get the same demands for elections from the right. For reasons.
Doing this for vague "special security reasons" is unprecedented since 2001, and should worry anyone focused on US, Western hemisphere, global security and migration issues

The big lesson for the media and political classes from Mandelson is to stop putting these banal characters on a pedestal.
And here we are, with Cummings, saying nothing more interesting or insightful than the average X alt-right shit-poster. On a pedestal.

I think one of the ugliest aspects of social media is how it traps some people into a 24/7 feed of watching content about crimes, abuse and violence
