As tends to happen around GDC, we get an influx of people joining, it's been about 500 in the last month.
Here's the thing though - we manually vet EVERYONE who joins, so the process takes time and effort.

* RSVP confirmations for the GIG party (thegig.social/gdc) will start going out later today.
They go out in batches, and are not entirely based on a 'first come first in', as we work to create a good mix.
That said, if you were one of the first 100 to RSVP, you'll definitely be approved.
