Also if we’re talking breakfast sausage here’s a good recipe I found YouTube for BS Seasoning. I add 1/4 cup to a pound of 93/7 ground beef and a pound of ground chicken.

I don’t know if you’re still in the south but Publix Greenwise chicken sausages are pretty decent.
