Feel the warmth in your chest.

Our planet is in an ascension shift, and planetary life is shifting as well...
Instead do what brings you joy or happiness.
Whatever it is and with whomever shares it with you.
Treat your body as a temple.Think about what you're putting into it and whether you could be doing more to strengthen it.
Energize your being and raise your vibration by energizing your heart center...
... whether it's on social or mainstream media, TV, video, movies, etc. It will only lower your own vibration to that of the war, or the violent crime, or the corrupt official or political leader, or whatever the vibration of the content you're watching is.
