Melon. I prefer the anime version of him, but I think skipping over a lot of stuff that made him a somewhat tragic character wasn't the best move.

BUT all in all: I enjoyed the final season, I think though a little cliché this ending was the better move to wrap things up

I think this was meant to get another season but a choice was made up top that made this the final, they got around it as best they could with splitting the season into two big parts

Okay my thoughts:

I do have my complaints (when don't I about Beastars), but I actually really prefer this ending.

A lot of stuff got skipped over, some for the better tbh. Other stuff would have been interesting. A lot of new elements added which I enjoyed and some I felt were scribbled in

I said I was gonna only watch a few episodes but I'm three away from the end whups

Beastars continue to owe me money and I won't yet spoil why

This is genuinely how this scene goes and turns out the anime goes harder with it

I felt like season 2 was weaker compared to season 1 until I recently rewatched it!

I'm just gonna watch a handful of the rest of season 3 tonight, but the first part was good!
