Gods do I feel that, like I donโt really know if I have CPTSD butโฆ I do get a level of anxiety beinโ near my folks, have a lot of self image problems due to my mom, same deal with them over reactinโ, makinโ me flinch when I mess somethinโ up or misunderstand somethinโ.
