The 18 yr old is being held in the Anchorage jail, and Sonia and her two younger children are being held in an undisclosed hotel in Anchorage until they can be moved out of state. The family has a lawyer, and is being assisted by ACLU.
On Tuesday, 2/17/26, Sonia Espinoza Arriaga, and her three kids aged 18, 16, and 5, were arrested by ICE, in Soldotna.
