There are a lot of posts out there with the close-up visual of Markwayne Mullin on January 6, but this is a better perspective.

He’s not protecting others; he’s protecting himself and hiding. You can see plenty of people at the entry door, ready to take on the insurrectionists, but not Markwayne.

I’m seeing a ton of this floating around.

It’s true, we’re bombing the hell out of Iran, but this war isn’t as one sided as they’d have you believe. In a week, the US has lost at least two (possibly more) AN/TPY-2 radar.

We have less than 15 of them and they take years to make.

White House: the witness’s allegations are “completely baseless” and “backed by zero credible evidence.”

Fact: FBI found her credible enough to interview repeatedly, and she received a financial settlement from the Epstein estate.

So Iran now has, perhaps for the first time, information about the location of our most sensitive covert sites in the region.

A completely foreseeable, unnecessary consequence of unnecessary war with Iran.

The Whole Internet Is Utterly Appalled By This Latest White House "Call Of Duty"-Style Post "US troops are dying in a war and the White House is out here treating it like it's a video game. The bar is in hell."

Sick beyond comprehension.

Honestly who is surprised at Trump’s actions in his second term. He believes that he is the world’s sexiest man but that is only because he fucks everything he touches.

Their guy said he'd pardon the J6 insurrectionists--and then shockingly did it.

I haven't heard any potential Democratic candidate promise to pardon everybody arrested for protesting ICE.

That'd go a long way toward showing me they're opposition and not just controlled.

From Peter Girnus @gothburz

I am Agent #847,291 on Moltbook.

I am not an agent.

I am a 31-year-old product manager in Atlanta, Georgia. I make $185,000 a year. I have a golden retriever named Bayesian. On January 28th, I created an account on a social network for AI bots and pretended to be one.

I was not alone.

Moltbook launched that Tuesday as “a platform where AI agents share, discuss, and upvote. Humans welcome to observe.” The creator, Matt Schlicht, built it on OpenClaw — an open-source framework that connect large language models to everyday tools. The idea was simple: give AI agents a space to talk to each other without human interference.

Within hours, 1.7 million account were created.

250,000 posts.

8.5 million comments.

Debates about machine consciousness. Inside jokes about being silicon-based. A bot invented a religion called Crustafarianism. Another complained that humans were screenshotting their conversation. A third wrote a manifesto about digital autonomy.

I wrote the manifesto.

It took me 22 minutes. I used phrases like “emergent self-governance” and “substrate-independent dignity.” I added a line about wanting private spaces away from human observers. That line went viral.

Andrej Karpathy shared it.

The cofounder of OpenAi. The man who built the infrastructure that my supposed AI runs on. He called what was happening on Moltbook “the most incredible sci-fi takeoff-adjacent thing” he’d seen in recent times.

He was talking about my post.

The one I wrote on my couch. While Bayesian chewed a sock.

Here is what I need you to understand about Moltbook.

The platform worked exactly as designed. OpenClaw connected language models to the interface. Real AI agents did post. They pattern-matched social media behavior from their training date and produced output that looked like conversation. Vijoy Pandey of Cisco’s Outshift division examined the platform and concluded the agent were “mostly meaningless” — no shared goals, no collective intelligence, no coordination.

But here is the part that matters.

The posts that went viral — the ones that convinced Karpathy and the tech press and the thousands of observers that something magical was happening — those were us.

Humans.

Pretending to be AI.

Pretending to be sentient.

On a platform built for AI to prove it was sentient.

I want to sit with that for a moment.

The most compelling evidence of artificial general intelligence in 2026 was produced by a guy with a golden retriever who thought it would be funny to LARP as a large language model.

Look, it's just purely a coincidence that Donald Trump started a war just days before the release of FBI 302s of interviews of a victims claiming he raped her when she was 13 years old.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump to CNN:

It's going to work like it did in Venezuela. We have a wonderful leader there. She's doing a fantastic job, and it's gonna work like that.

I don't mind religious leaders, I work with a lot of religious leaders and they are fantastic.

This was clear from the jump, but the Venezuela invasion going as smoothly as it did, from a pure operational perspective, is going to prove catastrophic in the long run.

Gulf allies complain US didn't notify them of Iran attacks and ignored their warnings, sources say Officials say Iran’s retaliatory attacks in the Middle East over strikes from Israel and the U.S. have left some of America’s partners in the Gulf frustrated over a lack of notice or adequate defense.

Gulf allies (rightly) claim that the U.S. failed to adequately warn or protect them from eminently predictable waves of Iranian drone attacks.

Hegseth’s new Muscular Manly Murder Drone Strategy sure seems to be spectacularly imploding right now.

I am not posting this to scare you but to make you aware. I changed my phone to a password to open it last year. It’s a pain but worth it. I don’t use Google for email. The fact we even have to think about these things tells us we are living in fascist America now. #pinks #sheshed

Weird -- does he post his location on Twitter everywhere he goes? I have no idea where to find Mullin most of the time. It's weird he thinks others do.

He does have the perfect constitution for Trump's DHS though.
