I suffer from mild prosopagnosia (face blindness) as part of my ADHD, but I chose the programme from the programme image, which is a still picture, and my issues are usually related to "moving" faces, not photos.

This to me is a fundamental issue when discussing the Welfare State: the idea that benefits are shameful.

The idea of paying into the system to give every one of us a safety net is that we use that safety net when we need to.

Can't wait to tell her the #NHS is also a benefit...

A friend has fallen out with me because I called the UK State Pension a benefit.

She can only see #benefits as ways people scrounge (including me claiming #PIP it would seem) and cannot abide the idea that she would claim benefits.
