A real “did I kick you too hard” POV from me this #FursuitFriday. I’m still so enamored by how my suit maker made my eyes the shape of a failing leaf shutter and it’s one of my favorite elements about Llyoid :3

There is a growing flame of resentment in me, against the furry comm, against folks who when presented the evidence of a monster within their fandom, continue to engage with cordial, nice, and even horny responses to. It makes me feel gross but I cannot let the monsters who ruin this community win.

For my #FursuitFriday here’s work I’ve published alongside others for my monthly zine “I Think This is the Best Costume” with my first collaborator of another MFA grad outta RIT. Speaking about that nebulous thing suiters have, suit stamina.

Coming to really like the genre of portraits taken of me that’s this “balaclava with suit on”. It allows me to keep my overall expressive eyes on display while I get to be 3/4ths of a big donkey. Thank you to my cohort member Ella for taking the first photos of “Llyoid” after grad school
