social anxiety is spending hours trying to gain the courage to make one phone call only for the person not to pick up, so you stress until the call finally happens and when it’s over, you realise you stressed for hours over a call that lasted less than 5 mins

Yes!! It’s the idea that the internet is filled mostly with bots instead of actual humans 😭 this is kinda our reality, especially in recent years. We’re at a point where it’s difficult to tell what’s real & what’s not… like even voices can be faked now and it sounds real, which is really concerning
