Getting training from a large, allegedly reputable vendor and I am increasingly disappointed in the quality, shouldn't come as a surprise considering the heavy use of AI. But I thought it'd have SOME proof reading/revision. Like some of it's just factually incorrect, or entirely redundant to itself

It will make your life 1000% easier come this time of year. Extra points if you can categorize your credits and debits, because your accountant will love you for that.
LLC is helpful to organize your accounting and financing but it's not a necessity especially as you're starting out. If you're just operating under your own name, you should be fine.
The biggest suggestion I have though is get a separate account for business related activities.
i would say inflates fall under marketing which would be a deductible expense. So would be any gear, travel or services purchased with the purpose of furthering your business :3
