Bowl of aquaviche and guacamole Aquaviche 1lb pre-cooked 30/40 shelled shrimp, chopped 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped Juice from 4 limes and 2 lemons 1 tbsp salt Peppers (to your taste) chopped small • 1-2 jalapeños • 1-2 serranos • 1-2 habaneros 1/2 white or red onion, chopped 1 large Roma tomato, chopped 3/4 cucumber, chopped Put chopped shrimp in bowl with juices while chopping everything else. Add all ingredients in large bowl and toss, season with salt to taste. Guacamole 2-3 fresh, ripe avocados 1 bunch of fresh cilantro Juice from 2 limes and 1 lemons 1 tbsp salt Peppers (to your taste) • 1-2 jalapeños • 1-2 serranos • 1-2 habaneros Put in blender or food processor (I have a mini Ninja) and blend until creamy.

Aquachiles + ceviche= aquaviche (with a side of guacamole)
