Okay I am officially done with KOHO. They just charged me $48 for my plan that was supposed to be $12. At no point in the last year since I switched to an annual plan was I informed of a 300% price increase.

Not just refunds, but they need to bring back the transit challenge for city council but with stricter rules like no dropping out just because it’s inconvenient. Transit riders don’t have that luxury, council shouldn’t either.
