Ochai Agbaji hasn't been on the floor yet for the Raptors and we're now well into the 3Q. Did some checking and my understanding is it's simply a decision to get more minutes/longer looks at two-ways, Jamison Battle etc. vs. say, a transaction pending or something, lol.
