It has a lower burning point and sticks. Great for a lot of things with a lower cooking temp. Or mix with a touch of a high temp oil or butter.

We took a road trip to Cheyenne, Wyoming today for Jon’s Birthday. We have not been there in a while. It is growing like gangbusters! We did some driving around to see what has changed and to do some Menard’s shopping. Yee haw!!
