Amazing knowledge, but, why does this system, which is notionally based on a rational framework, produce interstates with the same numbers that are not connected? That is quite obviously confusing, I would say a serious glitch...

It was a pilot project to see if it would work. It did work. They erased it anyway, to make more street parking.
I have personally striped a bike lane in Princeton. On Wiggins Street.
The town erased it about a year later.

I just do not believe that there is much of a market for $600 parking passes for a game between Haiti and Scotland.
