The level of unpreparedness of the military operation in Iran and more broadly the Middle East is astoundingly alarming. Material wise, this is economically disastrous and unsustainable. Approximately $1B/day is wasted while people lack food, healthcare, suitable housing and affordable education.

I am afraid your concerns are justified. They have been preparing themselves for this war for decades and they have been improving their drones with Russia assisting them in their aggression against Ukraine.
