As much as I enjoyed ic2s2, I couldn’t not notice the hypocrisy of pointing out the lack of geographical diversity with a call to future organisers to pay more attention to this. Immediately followed up by the announcement of next year’s conference in the US.
Had a blast at #IC2S2 not in small part thanks to these lovely people!
Absolutely mind blowing results on the impact of genAI on science by @yianyin.bsky.social
Presented our joint work with @riccardodiclemente.com and @blengyel.bsky.social on Working behaviour and the spatial complexity of economic activity. My first time presenting #IC2S2, and I was blown away by the thoughtful questions and comments! Looking forward to connecting more today!
Spent the most interesting morning in Mobility & Urban Science 1 @ic2s2.bsky.social @bokanyie.bsky.social and will be coming back here in the afternoon to give a talk on Remote work. Come check it out!
