Carlsbad Caverns caverns and White Sands national park! The sand was indeed, very white. I love geology and the interconnected desert southwest is always fascinating! Both these places (and Guadalupe mountains) are the result of the same geologic processes, a shallow Permian sea, and time!

My cat was very quiet for a long time, and has become much chattier recently! I find the only thing that's really changed is that I talk to him a lot more.
