With the Twin Cities Under Siege, Restaurants Become Hubs of Solidarity - Racket Restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are collecting donations, handing out whistles, and acting as gathering sites for volunteers and observers.

pow wow grounds, moona moono, briar bar, a bar of their own—i spoke with these folks and many more about their role in this ongoing federal invasion, and about the "overwhelming support" and "massive" scale of donations that are flooding in to support immigrants, organizers, and ICE observers.

Mayor Jacob Frey called it a “garbage narrative” at a press conference this afternoon. He said, “To ICE: Get the f*ck out of Minneapolis. We don't want you here."

City Cast producer Adam Sage spoke to a neighbor who heard gunshots and the sound of a car crash. The Department of Homeland Security maintains the officer shot in "self-defense".

This morning, an ICE agent shot a woman in her car in the Central neighborhood of Minneapolis. ICE agents responded by shooting less-lethal projectiles, chemical irritants, and throwing people to the ground.
