Not really a recipe.. but I used some frozen dumplings pan seared it with some red peppers and onions and sautéed it all with some teriyaki sauce with and added some chili oil!

Comparison of two snickerdoodles made with and without cream of tartar

I tested my sourdough snickerdoodle cookie recipe with and without cream of tartar.

They both turned out well, and you can make the recipe with or without, but I preferred the ones with cream of tartar!
