As an autistic person, this was not an "oopsie". He knew full well what he was doing.
He's not high needs.
But the fact that they're willing to infantilize him, is telling.

My mother was told she either respects my son's name/pronouns or she won't see her grand kids ever again. (She kept using her age as an excuse to not change)
I don't understand why.
