That helps the Iranian people how???
Ugh.
Why???
Itβs not THAT hard to respectfully disagree.
My lovely wife, holding her cat. She doesn't look white to me...
My wife was born in Atlanta in 1973, in a hospital that had to be legally forced into integrating. Her birth certificate says she's white.
In those subsequent interviews, the woman described how Epstein trafficked her to several men, including Trump, in the 1980s. She was interviewed again by the FBI on Aug. 7, 2019, Aug. 20, 2019 and Oct. 16, 2019. In her second interview, she claimed that Epstein either flew or drove her from South Carolina to New York or New Jersey when she was between 13 and 15 years old. "She was introduced to someone with money, money...it was Donald Trump," the FBI report said. She recalled she was in a "very tall building with huge rooms" when she met Trump, whom she said immediately didn't like her because she was a "boy-gir!" - or tomboy. She claimed she was with Epstein and several other people who left her alone in the room with Trump. "Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be," she recalled Trump saying, according to the FBI report. She said he unzipped his pants and forced her head to his penis. She said she immediately bit him and Trump struck her, the report said. She told the FBI agents that she bit him because he "disgusted" her. In her third interview, she told agents she wanted to clarify how Trump reacted to her biting him, explaining that Trump "pulled her hair and punched her on the side of the head."
βA DOJ source told the Miami Herald that agents found her to be credible β and that they would not have interviewed her four times if they thought she was lying.β

I just walk around like a perpetual dork with my pants tucked into my socksβ& put my clothes into a hot dryer when I get back from every walk. Been thinking itβs almost the season to switch back into spring -dork look from winter (dork) look. π₯΄

The rapture is not in the Bible.
The rapture is not present in Christianity before the 19th century.
The rapture makes for dangerous theology and foreign policy.
The rapture needs to become a resoundingly opposed sentiment.
Thank you for reminding me to order this!

Sorry to hear this. Hard news.
We can throw another $500,000,000,000 at the Pentagon this year and spend $1,000,000,000/day on a wholly useless war, but we can't afford to hire doctors and nurses to take care of our veterans? The United States is such an irresponsible, messed up country right now.
I was in a lousy mood until I read the many responses that made me laugh. Thank you, good & funny people.
I was a blonde for 4 years.
Argument II. The Court Should Stay This Case Pending FDA's Mifepristone REMS Review. Alternatively, the Court Should Dismiss the Case.. A. The Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction.... FDA's actions do not cause "sovereign harm"β¦.. The States' alleged pocketbook injuries do not establish standing.. Π. The States cannot sue the Federal Government as parens patriae. Intervenor Plaintiffs failed to administratively exhaust their claims... Challenges to the 2016 Action are time-barred Conclusion 8 8 9 9 10 12 .13 .14 15 .15
OK, I will admit that I have not done any historical review here, but it is wild to me that DOJ is filing a motion to stay and β alternatively β to dismiss the case altogether for three independent reasons. And yet, in the unending mifepristone challenge (now in Missouri), that's what DOJ did today.
Instead of spending $50 billion to bankroll Trumpβs criminal war on Iran, we could:
-Extend ACA subsidies for one year
-Restore SNAP benefits for 2.4 million people
-And ensure Medicaid coverage for nearly 2 million people
Itβs not about what we can afford. Itβs about priorities.

The Infectious Disease Control & Prevention page added 12 new items to our timeline. Amid worrying increases in measles, TB, and whooping cough outbreaks, we are seeing further erosion and politicization of public health organizations and networks.

OMB is still trying to screw science via administrative action since theyβve been denied legislative authorization (i.e. Congress did not cut NIH budget, but this administration will still try to). Assholes.

DHS nominee Markwayne Mullin is one of the most active stock-traders in the Senate β and violated the STOCK Act against insider trading as recently as last August.
He currently holds stock in L3Harris, which has millions in contracts with ICE and FEMA.
The grift continues.
Platnerβs former campaign team know somethingβs wrong - they all quit. They know he would lose in the general election. Janet Mills needs to make him lose in the primary instead. And she can, just by demanding his records. He wonβt show them - he canβt. Confront him with that. 7/

Qatar warns war will force Gulf to stop energy exports βwithin daysβ Brent crude tops $90 after gas producer says it will take βweeks to monthsβ to restore deliveries

"We fucked up getting rid of DEI. Target was special because it was an inclusive environment for everyone, which created a harmonious vibe, but we got scared in November 2024 and acted stupidly. We are reinstating our policies and want to earn your business back."
Gee, it would be great if we had a comprehensive alternative energy program that could insulate Americans from shocks in the fossil fuel market.
