Not wild about the random age verification popup, not least because it uses the worst date picker. I'm old, that's a lot of scrolling...
There is literally no way to find a real life fox that attractive and that’s sort of the dealbreaker for folks, most real life foxes just want to eat chickens and not be sexy
perfect this is perfect this is why we internet I love everything about it and cannot wait to get so invested when I'm not watching the football
I love being the old at the young person gig, I feel like I bring the wisdom of the ages...
😆 I did get a good hair-rubbing gesture this time for "the dye in our hair" during Trash...
this
day made in that case, you lucky thing!
Colloquial phrase updated for modern usage
ohhh this is a lovely point
😆 possibly, I can rarely see Neil (although last night we had a solid vantage point for the pouting)
inquiring minds ask which one
Used to be a "leg up" for children with very specific aptitude, but as other comments, extremely gamed by those who can afford tutors and generally hot houses which might be a great networking opportunity for some but will burn other kids right out. Also drive up local house prices like little else.
Brett: "What are you going to do when you leave Suedeworld? Stream us! Just stream us constantly, for ages, leave it streaming all the time, for weeks, months..." *makes spinning gesture with hands*
Richard (to Mat): *mocks spinning gesture*, mouths "What's this?"
Brett also trod on the lead and dropped the microphone in Disintegrate, and ran out of puff halfway through a verse of Trance State - top chaos sprite stuff
It's a key Suedeworld hymn, absolutely XD
Sometimes the set feels so on the nose! Although our situation still apparently couldn't tempt them into playing Moving, which I'm keenly waiting to catch one day...
Fun notes from Suede tonight: Richard started wrong, Brett tripped on a guitar cable, then made a hash of the words to Disintegrate, Neil accidentally left the stage instead of starting The 2 of Us, everything was perfect anyway.
I am so glad you have this waiting for you, it is a healing time in which even if one had cried in front of the head of global finance it just wouldn't matter because it would be disintegratingly perfect <3 send all notes so we can vicariously enjoy.
perfectly put, perfectly, please, let us all think about this during the drive to Teach Employability
Oh yes it is! Have a read through the lyrics, it's been so perfect during the move (cried both times we caught it on tour) - basically the couple in the song are thinking about throwing all their stuff into the hedge and driving off into the sunset to start a new, unencumbered life, it's stunning.
I find this somehow reassuring?
It's the wonderful British tradition of discarding stuff on the roadside verges - usually things that are difficult, expensive or cumbersome to get rid of, most commonly...mattresses...
Favourite Antidepressants of the tour, I think? Thanks for a glorious start to 2026 @suedehq.bsky.social - can't wait to see you again, who knows where?

Malin has just explained that it's funny Suede played Flytipping in Stockholm, given that it isn't a thing here (flytipping) so it doesn't really make sense...
It was a bit difficult to see in Cardiff because the stage was really deep, but they'd reworked it a bit by today and it was great to be able to see it all happening - love the theatricality and practicality of the set, it suits them so well.
Yes! Such a well-balanced show, maybe the most "team effort" band I can think of...everyone gets their spotlight.
The Paralympics start today and WE HAVE A HEIST????
The Last Dinner Party absolutely storming in Stockholm tonight; this made me cry, as it so reliably does: youtu.be/IREMbzoaW-o #TLDP
Oh, I Saw the TV Glow is on Tubi now. tubitv.com/movies/10005...
Goldfinches ate all the render from the walls of the flat above us in London; beautiful little things but I'm slightly afraid of their intentions. Or of what passed for render in that building, one of the two.
