The venue will be well-lit.
There is no designated quiet space but you're welcome to enter and leave at any point.

We'll have sole use of the venue during the event.
We won't have BSL interpretation unfortunately, and the venue doesn't have a hearing loop. Please feel free to bring along any portable hearing devices you may have, and ask organisers and other attendees to use them.
Venue is step-free & level. The doors are not powered but will be left open if it's warm enough. There is one fully accessible toilet. There will be a changing space which has level access but does not have additional accommodations. Weβll lay out the event to give ample room for your wheels!!
We will have air purifiers running in the room, and will open the windows for ventilation if it's not too cold.
There will be seating for anyone who wants it at the event at the event. You can come and go as you like. Water, hot drinks and snacks will be available.
We will be asking yall to wear an FFP2 or better mask (not a fabric or surgical mask) unless unable. Please bring your own if poss; we'll have some to give out if youre bereft. If you rely on lip-reading let us know so we can ask people to unmask to speak; we also have some clear panel masks.
If you've got body forms (packers, boobs, etc) that you like already, bring them and let others try them out for size. If you've got body forms you'd like to give away or sell, bring those too and clearly mark them up as what you'd like back, and what you like to rehome!!
They're expensive to buy and mysterious to imagine - body forms are great fun and can be vital in getting your mental image right in your head, but how to overcome these hurdles? TLC have you covered! Come to our body form try 'n' share, and skip straight to the fun bit! 11th April, Lichfield Hall!

We'll have sole use of the pool during our booking and will be gendy neuting the changing rooms and bogs. Se up, there may be stragglers from the previous session changing; we'll be letting them know, and pool staff are aware we'll be doing this!!
We'll send out the venue via email to ticket-holders a couple of days before the event.
The event is free but we suggest a donation of Β£3 to our Open Collective (opencollective.com/tlc, also linked in our Linktree) if you can comfortably afford it.

There is step-free access to the venue. There is one fully accessible toilet. The changing space has level access but no additional accommodations. Weβll lay out the event to provide ample room to manoeuvre a wheelchair.

Refresh your wardrobe and/or pass on unwanted clothes! No pressure to bring anything - take as you want, give as you can; the Lockon is kindly lending us their free shop. Or just come to hang out!
There's bike & car parking (inc Blue Badge spaces) available nearby at Park Street. Close by bus stops include Jesus Lane, Round Church St and Bridge St, for Busway, Park&Ride, & Citi buses. If you need help planning yr route, someone to walk with you from nearby, or funds for travel, get in touch.
You're welcome to bring children as long as you take responsibility for supervising them. We ask that you leave the meeting room with them if necessary to keep meeting disruption to a minimum. There is baby changing available (non-sex-segregated).
The other toilets are gendered; you can use the toilet of your preference. The venue will not be playing toilet cop.
A hearing loop is available - please let us know ahead of time if you'll need this. We don't have BSL interpretation for the meeting.

We won't have an online option, but please DM/email us anything you'd like raising.

There'll be seating for everyone at the event. If the meeting runs beyond an hour we will have a comfort break; you'll be able to leave the room at any time for a break and re-enter. You can go into the foyer or kitchen if you need a quieter space.
