Congrats to my HPM buddies who found out they passed their boards today! Those of us who took it & are under the ABFM have to wait another 3 days on 1/10 to find out. Why? I don’t know — maybe “they” feel those who trained in family med rather than IM need MORE anxiety. Do other non IM docs wait 2?

Remember that colors are culture/regional specific - Pink is nuanced.
Short stories are the best.
Your wellbeing and mental health is paramount. And if it seems like a complaint you need to adjust your audience.
Color psychology: Yellow is joy and happiness which the world needs more of. Remember that pauses mean “Hey, Pay attention!” When you can exert energy, people will remember your story. There is an alchemy to storytelling. you need someone to verify and validate your story to help you SHINE
If a woman uses emoji in her work email she is taken LESS SERIOUSLY, but if a man uses it he’s considered relatable.
Give a why create some dopamine to hook em, give some oxytocin to make some connection, and leave them with a call to action. You have to KNOW your WHY.
